About us
About Tulsa Drone Inspection
Tulsa Drone Inspection is a locally owned drone inspection and aerial documentation service for Tulsa and the surrounding metro. We help property owners, contractors, managers and other professionals see their properties and projects clearly from above, and keep a useful record of what they see.
Documentation first
Aerial documentation is practical work. A roof you can't see well from the ground, a site too big to walk in an afternoon, a construction project that changes every week: each has the same problem, which is that people make decisions with an incomplete picture. We exist to fill that gap with clear, organized visual records.
That's why we call ourselves an inspection and documentation service. We aren't a video studio, and aerial photography isn't our main business. Photos and video are part of what we deliver when they help document something. The focus is on giving you images and data you can use.
How we work
We start with your question.
What do you need to see, or record, or share? We scope the work around that.
We agree on the deliverables first.
Before we fly, you know what you'll receive and in what form.
We document what's there.
We capture and organize what's visible and leave the professional judgments to the right professionals.
We keep the record usable.
Images and data are organized so they're easy to review, forward and compare over time.
What we document
Our services include roof inspections, storm damage inspections, industrial inspections, construction progress monitoring and drone mapping services. Depending on the job, that means inspection imagery, annotated images, orthomosaic and 2D maps, 3D models, measurement reports, volume calculations and progress documentation.
You can see everything in one place on our Services page.
Who we work with
We work with homeowners, roofing contractors, general contractors, commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, insurance adjusters and insurance companies, solar companies, industrial facilities and real estate professionals. We also supply aerial documentation to engineering and surveying firms.
Working with these groups doesn't change what we are. We provide visual documentation and aerial data. We're not roofers, engineers, adjusters, home inspectors or land surveyors, and we don't present our documentation as theirs. We'd rather give you a clear record and let those professionals do their jobs.
Locally owned, focused on Tulsa
We're locally owned and centered on Tulsa and the surrounding metro. We take on larger commercial and industrial projects around northeastern Oklahoma case by case. You can see more on our service areas page.
Clear scopes, straightforward communication
When you contact us, we talk through what you need, what's practical to capture and what you'll receive. We tell you when something is outside what aerial documentation can show: some issues can't be seen from above, and weather or site conditions can limit what's visible. We'd rather you know that up front than discover it in the images.
What a first conversation looks like
You describe the property or project and what you want to see or record. We ask about the location, the size, how the images will be used and who needs to receive them. From that, we suggest a scope and the deliverables that fit. You can ask questions, adjust the plan or say it's not what you need. If it isn't a good fit for aerial documentation, we'll say that too.
Tell us about your property or project
Send us the details and we'll follow up about the scope and the best way to document it.
