Our services
Drone Services
Every service we offer is built around the same idea: a clear aerial record of a property or project that you can review, share and keep. Choose the service that matches what you need documented, or tell us about the job and we'll help you work out the right scope.
Inspection and documentation services
Roof inspections
Aerial imagery of commercial and residential roofs, plus building exterior and facade documentation. Useful for keeping a record of roof condition, preparing for or following up on work, and sharing a clear view with contractors and property managers. Roof Inspections →
Storm damage inspections
A visual record of roofs and exteriors after a storm, including insurance-related documentation. We document what's visible; we don't decide coverage, cause or claim outcomes. Storm Damage Inspections →
Industrial and infrastructure inspections
Aerial documentation of industrial facilities, warehouses, large commercial properties and site infrastructure. Visual inspection of rooftop and ground-mount solar installations is part of this service. Industrial Inspections →
Construction progress monitoring
Repeat aerial captures of a construction site from consistent positions, with site inspection and aerial site documentation to keep a dependable record of each stage. Construction Progress Monitoring →
Drone mapping
Orthomosaic maps, 2D maps, photogrammetry and 3D models, site mapping, topographic data collection, land development documentation, and stockpile and volume measurement. Mapping and aerial data collection only; not licensed land surveying. Drone Mapping Services →
Aerial photography and video
Aerial photos and video are available as supporting services. They're most often part of an inspection, a construction record or a mapping project, where clear images and footage make the documentation easier to follow. If you're considering aerial photography or video on its own, tell us what it's for and we'll let you know whether it's a fit.
Building exterior and facade
Exterior and facade imagery is part of our roof inspections, because the roof and the building envelope are usually documented together. If the exterior is your main concern, ask about it when you contact us.
Solar installations
Rooftop and ground-mount solar arrays can be documented as a visual inspection, covering the panel surfaces and the area around them. This is covered within industrial inspections.
What you receive
Depending on the service, we provide photos and edited photos, video, inspection imagery, annotated images, orthomosaic maps, 2D maps, 3D models, measurement reports, volume calculations and progress documentation. We agree on the exact package with you before the work begins.
What documentation means here
Our services produce visual records and aerial data. They help you see and share what's on a property. They don't replace the work of a roofer, engineer, insurance adjuster, home inspector or land surveyor, and we don't present them that way. When one of those professionals is involved, our documentation is something they can work from.
Choosing between services
If you want to know the condition of a roof or building exterior, start with roof inspections. If a storm has just passed through, storm damage inspections is the right fit. For a large facility, a yard or a solar installation, look at industrial inspections. For a project that changes over time, construction progress monitoring keeps a dated record, and when you need a map, model or stockpile volume, see drone mapping services. Many properties need more than one, and we'll scope them together.
Frequently asked questions
Start with what you want to learn or record: the condition of a roof, a site's progress over time, a map of a property, or what a storm left behind. Describe it when you contact us and we'll recommend the service and scope that fits.
Yes. A construction site might need progress monitoring and a map; a large facility might need an industrial inspection and a roof inspection. We'll scope it together so you receive one coherent set of documentation.
Yes, mainly as part of inspection, construction and mapping work. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm whether it fits.
Not sure which service fits?
